\nIV.2.1. Economy, Finance and Taxation
\n<\/strong>The Council of Ministers announces that it has approved a decree-law that reinforces the appreciation of the very long contributory careers<\/strong> and, to this extent, the rights of the workers<\/strong> who started their contributory career early. Thus, this Decree-Law extends the application of the regime of early access to the old-age pension without any penalty to beneficiaries aged 60 or over and at least 46 years of contributory career who have started their careers the age of 16 or below. This diploma shall enter into force on the day following its publication and shall enter in force on October 1, 2018.
