\n<\/strong>IV.2.1. Economy, Finance and Taxation<\/strong><\/p>\n

The Council of Ministers approved the Decree-Law that changes the legal regime of social protection of self-employed workers<\/strong> in the event of illness, unemployment and parenthood.
\nIn this context, was also approved the amendment to the regulations of the Code on the Contributory Regimes of the Protection Systems of Social Security.
\n<\/strong>https:\/\/www.portugal.gov.pt\/pt\/gc21\/governo\/comunicado-de-conselho-de-ministros?i=211<\/a><\/u><\/p>\n

Was approved the Decree-Law amending the National Company Registry and created<\/strong> the online certificate of Legal Persons. <\/strong>With this measure, becomes possible to obtain a permanently updated electronic certificate of the acts and facts related to legal persons and entities registered in the Central People File, data where is organized updated information of the National Company Registry, responsibility of the Institute of Registration and Notary Affairs.
\nIt\u2019s also important to refer The Decree-Law amending the Civil Registration Code<\/strong>, which allows the possibility of submitting written documents in the context of civil registration, in English, French or Spanish, without being translated into Portuguese or accompanied by translation certification, when the competent official, in accordance with the law, has the knowledge of these languages for the act of registration.
