Approval of Ministerial Ordinance no. 256\/2017<\/strong>, of August 14, which regulates the publishing by the Tax and Customs Authority of information concerning the transfer and of funds, referred by paragraph 3 of article no. 63-A, of the General Tax Law and the information related to the transfer of funds, which shall be included in the detailed report on the progress of the fight against tax fraud and tax evasion, pursuant to article no. 64-B of the General Tax Law.<\/p>\n
